文章以寻求体育领域中隐性市场行为的法律规制途径为研究目的,通过案例分析、逻辑分析等方法探讨体育市场中赞助商权益及相关知识产权保护的法律途径。结论如下:体育隐性市场行为尚未形成明确的法律界定;我国调整体育隐性市场行为主要依据《知识产权法》、《民法通则》等法律条款,缺少针对性的法规。建议:完善知识产权保护的规制模式,重要商标可进行行政化保护;探索以第三人侵害债权的视角来规制体育赞助市场的隐性营销行为。 相似文献

Against a backdrop of some two decades of sustained economic growth in Ghana, this paper argues that there are a series of sustainability challenges related to technical and vocational skills development (TVSD) that need to be addressed. This paper analyses several sustainability dimensions of TVSD related to: promoting the sustainability of education-for-all achievements through expanding post-basic education and TVSD; identifying sustainable financing mechanisms for an expansion of TVSD; promoting and sustaining equitable access; ensuring that expansion in quantity does not lead to a compromise on the achievement and sustainability of quality and relevance issues; promoting the sustainability of TVSD expansion by widening opportunities for lifelong learning; creating an enabling environment for skills utilization through sustainable employment growth. 相似文献

Services are intangible in nature. For a marketing educator, it is difficult to illustrate to students the means of creating favorable customer experiences through standard lectures or case studies in a services context, considering this intangibility property. This paper describes a simple role playing game that uses the Chinese puzzle ‘Tangram’ to help students comprehend how customer experiences are shaped within and beyond a service setting. In the game, the class gets divided into two groups, individual customers and furniture retailer teams. The two groups interact with each other in buying and selling modular furniture. At the end of the game, customers share qualitative and quantitative feedback on their retailer experience, and the retailer team which obtains a high score on profitability as well as customer experience quality is declared as the winner. The debriefing session that follows the game lets students share their experiences and key learnings. The game provides the students with a scope to learn and explore the importance of customer experience quality without direct supervision from the instructor. This game requires minimal physical infrastructure. The materials required to conduct this game are easily available in departmental stores, and the monetary cost involved in deploying this game is nominal. 相似文献

The mathematical model determines how firms can leverage their advantages to increase their market share. Represented as vortex, firms increase their market scope using: marketing expenses strategy, R&D expenditure strategy or price reduction strategy. For an overpriced good, the R&D strategy is required if sector marketing velocity growth is low otherwise the pricing strategy is suited. Conversely, for an underpriced good, the R&D strategy is used when sector marketing velocity growth is high, but when it is low, the pricing strategy is followed.
